Hotel Policies

  • Check In: 15.00 hours / Check out: 12.00 hrs (later departures will incur additional charge indicated in the reception desk).
  • All passengers must leave a valid credit card at the time of check-in, regardless of whether the reservation is paid or not. If you do not have a credit card, you can leave a guarantee in cash equivalent to one night fee.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • All rooms are non-smoking
  • Rates include the following maximum of people: 2 people in double or twin room and double bungalows; 4 people in bungalow of 4; 5 people in bungalow of 5.  Any additional person pays 30% of the rate per night sharing existing beds or with additional beds when possible. 
  • Children Policy: 01 child up to 3 years and 11 months, free of charge, sharing bed and room with their parents. Children over 4 years old pay as an additional passenger, sharing existing beds and subject to hotel availability and conditions.
  • We accept payments in credit card in up to 3 installments (Visa, Master Card, Dinners and American Express)
  • All rooms have a safety box. The hotel is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Cancellations / Modifications of date

Your reservation can be canceled or modified without penalty until 48 hours before the start of your stay in the Low Season (from March 15 to December 15, except long weekends, winter holidays and National Holidays) and 72 hours before in High Season (from December 15 to March 15, including long weekends, winter holidays and National Holidays).

Cancellations and modifications after the deadline will incur a penalty of:

  • 1 night in low season (from March 15 to December 15, except long weekends, winter holidays and National Holidays)
  • 2 nights in high season (from December 15 to March 15, including long weekends, winter holidays and National Holidays).
  • Non-refundable rates will incur the 100% charge of the stay.

Please note that if you guaranteed your booking with a deposit, it can take up to 30 working days to recieve the refund. Bank charges of international transactions will be discounted from the refund. 

No Show

In case of no-show on the day of booking, the hotel will proceed to the charge of:

  • 1 night in low season (from March 15 to December 15, except long weekends, winter holidays and National Holidays)
  • 2 nights in high season (from December 15 to March 15, including long weekends, winter holidays and National Holidays).
  • Non-refundable rates will incur the 100% charge of the stay.

Early Departure

If you wish to anticipate your departure from the hotel once your stay begins, the following charges apply:

  • 48 hour notice before the new departure date: no penalty
  • Notice of less than 48 hours before the new departure date: value equivalent to 2 nights of accommodation
  • Non-refundable rates will incur the 100% charge of the stay.
